Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We will accept returns or refunds in the case of manufacturing defect only. If you believe your product has not arrived in full working order, please contact us for assistance. If it is determined that the malfunction was caused during our production of the item, we will either replace your product or offer you a refund.
The video photo will appear in the product exactly as it appears when you submit it.
We cannot enhance or improve your photo and we accept no responsibility for poor photographic quality as it relates to the product.
We accept no responsibility for any damage which may be caused by the shipping courier.
As our products are specially made to order and personalized for the recipient, shipping times will vary based upon on the product selected.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, your shipping cost will be calculated based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
