There was an error in my book when it arrived.  How can it be corrected?

If you receive your order and there is an error, we will replace it free of charge, if the error is on our part.  Unfortunately, we cannot do the same if the error is on your part; we will re-print your book for a small fee in that case.  We cut and paste the information you provided when your order was placed.  Please proof read your information prior to submission.

Can you put more than one name in the Personalized Music CD?

No, the technology doesn't allow for that.  We can only add one name per music CD.

Can you put more than one name in the Personalized Books?

No, the story is woven around only one child as the star.  You can, however, add up to three additional names that will appear on 2 to 5 pages of the book depending on which title is chosen.  We cannot change the pronouns (only "he" or "she", no "they".)

Can you put more than one child's photo in the Videos?

Unfortunately not, the technology only allows for one child per video.

What personalized information do you need?

The personalized information needed will vary based upon the product you select.

Do you use an Ink Jet or Laser printer to make the Personalized Books?

We use a Laser Printer to print all of our books.  The print will never smear or fade.

Can you make my child a Personalized Music CD if their name isn't on the list?

Sorry, no. The music CDs are professionally sung in a recording studio, not computer generated (which explains the wonderful quality). Your child' name must have been recorded in advance.

Can you add my child's name to be recorded?

We can submit a request to the manufacture to add your child’s name to the next round of recording session that will take place.   Otherwise, it is cost prohibitive and must be requested by many.

How long will it take to ship my order?

All music CDs and personalized Books are usually shipped within 2 – 4 business days (but can vary during the holiday season).   DVDs production time can vary, ranging from 2-4 weeks!  Production time for PHOTO personalized items begins once an acceptable photo is received, NOT the date the order is placed.    

What are your shipping charges?
We ship primarily via USPS, but we do offer shipping options for Fedex and UPS.
Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, but we are not responsible for any shipping time or errors made by the shipping carrier once we ship an order.

Do I pay sales tax?
Only New Jersey residents will be charged sales tax at a rate of 7%.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

I want to place my order by mail, can I do this?

Absolutely, if you prefer to place your order via mail, fill out the contact us form and request and order form.  We can fax it or email it to you as well.  Please proof read your information and mail it back along with your payment information to:
