We will do everything in our power to handle your special order requests, but please note these are personalized items, therefore we take our time to accurately personalize each item.

Exchange Policy:

Due to the fact that each item is personalized per our customer’s request, we cannot accept returns unless Kids That Smile™ mistakenly made a mistake in the personalization of an item. If there is an error on your order caused by Kids That Smile™, we will replace that item free of charge at no cost to you. If an error is caused by a customer (ex: incorrect spelling of a name) and the order was completed correctly by Kids That Smile™, we will redo the personalized item at 50% off the retail cost plus shipping. For example, if you have to reorder one of our $15.95 books because of a mistake you made we will remake your book at a discount cost of $7.98 plus shipping. We thank you for your business.

Customer Service Policy:
First and foremost we pride ourselves in great customer service. If there is ever a question about your order or if for some reason we are unable to ship as promised we will contact you immediately. We will attempt to contact you through your e-mail address to verify the information on your order. If you do not respond to our e-mail inquiry within 24 hours we will then attempt to reach you through the phone number (if provided) listed on your account. Therefore, it is very important for you to make sure you give us a current and active e-mail address and phone number.
